our projects
In Acts 4, we see a church so moved by the love of Jesus that their generosity overflowed and no one among them was in need. That same spirit is alive at Eden today. Acts 4 Giving is our end-of-year initiative to bless Houston and beyond through the openhanded generosity of our church. Together, we’re believing for $100,000 to meet the needs and partner with the organizations listed on this card and to continue sharing the hope of Jesus with our city and the world.
-
Mentoring and discipling at-risk youth and families in underserved Houston neighborhoods.
-
Providing medical, dental and spiritual care to communities locally and around the world.
-
Serving homeless and vulnerable youth by offering meals, support and the hope of Jesus.
-
Equipping and resourcing church planters to start and sustain healthy, gospel-centered churches across Houston.
-
We are designating funds toward improvements to our existing equipment and preparing for future opportunities.
-
We’ve identified three partners in the city whose work we know well. These are organizations working for the greater good of Houston.
eyes on me inc.
Eyes On Me, Inc. has built several programs serving neighborhoods across the Houston area, but we are especially proud to partner with the GODspoint Mission Center in Greenspoint. Through this location, at-risk youth and families are served through mentorship, trade skills training, creative arts, and discipleship in a safe, uplifting environment.
Programs like the Trade Program and Star Players help students build practical skills, grow in confidence, and discover their purpose through hands-on learning and artistic expression. Each experience is rooted in faith, teamwork, and personal growth, with intentional mentor check-ins that support students spiritually, mentally, and physically as they set meaningful goals for their future. E.C.H.O. Team
E.C.H.O. Team—short for Empowering Communities through Humanitarian Outreach—is the ministry we proudly partner with for all outreach and missional projects in Houston and beyond, led by our on-staff Missions Pastor. Through E.C.H.O., medical, dental, and spiritual care is delivered to communities locally and in some of the most isolated regions of Latin America, all while sharing the hope of the Gospel.
Their work focuses on bringing both physical and spiritual healing, empowering youth through character development, and helping individuals discover their value and purpose. From Houston neighborhoods and shelters to remote villages around the world, E.C.H.O. exists to Echo Christ through compassionate action and life-changing outreach. Montrose Street Reach
Montrose Street Reach is a street outreach serving homeless and vulnerable youth by providing hot meals, practical support, and the hope of Jesus through weekly Thursday night gatherings in Houston. What began with just a few street kids has grown to serve 130–150+ at-risk youth and older homeless each week.
In the midst of addiction, exploitation, and high crime, their mission is to see lives transformed by transitioning individuals out of harmful environments and equipping them to lead productive, Christ-centered lives. Through compassion, consistency, and faith, Montrose Street Reach works to break cycles of poverty, abuse, and hopelessness while opening doors to real, lasting change. HCPN & Existing Local Churches
The Houston Church Planting Network (HCPN) and our existing local church partners work together to equip and resource church planters to start and sustain healthy, gospel-centered churches across Greater Houston. HCPN is a collaborative network of over 160 churches from more than 30 denominations and networks, united by a shared mission to see the city reached through a multiplying movement of church-planting churches.
With more than 100 new churches established in the past decade, this partnership reflects both a growing impact and a continued commitment to spreading the gospel and strengthening the local church throughout Houston. If you would like to learn more about this organization, visit their website.
FINANCIAL GOAL: $15,000
Church Growth and Development
As our church family has grown, so has the opportunity in front of us. With more people gathering, serving, and stepping into the story God is writing here, our need for equipment, space rentals, and staffing has naturally increased.
We are intentionally setting aside funds not just to “keep things running,” but to fuel the ongoing movement of our church, resourcing Sundays, house churches, discipleship, kids, and outreach, while also preparing for what’s next. These investments create room for future opportunities: new spaces, new ministries, and new ways to serve our city and beyond as God continues to open doors.
FINANCIAL GOAL: $40,000
